Robert became our buyer's agent in the summer of 2015 and helped us settle into our new home in time to cook a Thanksgiving turkey, which was our ambitious goal. Our family is grateful for the many houses he showed us and even for talking us out of the WRONG house when we were ready to settle but he knew it wasn't quite right. Because of the timing of a job that moved us to the Boston area, we missed the Spring market and our picky criteria made house hunting challenging, so Robert had his work cut out for him. He helped us hone in on a town and a neighborhood that wasn't originally on our radar because of his wealth of knowledge of the towns surrounding Boston and because he got to know our family and could advise us based on our priorities. Robert has a great instinct for home values, he is tireless and dedicated, and he takes the time to know his clients and help them find a home that they will love. We never want to sell our home, but if we did, we'd list it with Robert because he's tireless, personable and a shrewd negotiator. Highly recommend!
