Rob was able to arrange visits to homes before we were available to go view them, and before open houses.   He was able to offer expertise on pricing, offers and likelihood of making it all work.  Throughout the process Rob provided assistance on the rental of our current property, while moving the real estate search and purchase along.  We were able to locate a property that met our needs, negotiate an offer, and make the purchase even with limited assistance and responsiveness from the selling agent.

I found Rob to be highly attentive and responsive- returning all calls, emails and texts immediately.  He is honest and concerned about meeting the needs of each buyer/seller at the beginning, during and after the purchase.
