Robert's patience with indecisive clients such as ourselves, along with his enthusiasm, knowledge of the market and customer-focused style resulted in finding us a great place to live in the Newton area.  We had many specific housing wants that narrowed the playing field and Robert was able to deliver.

 

It's a bit of an inside joke at this point but we have bought and sold 4 homes with Rob and would never go through this process without him. He's professional and knowledgeable about each and every step (because when you're buying or selling you've definitely got a lot on your plate) and gets us through it with ease. We talked to other agents in the Dedham area years ago when we started looking to buy and no one came close to Rob's responsiveness, knowledge and human understanding of the stresses of the process. And bonus... he's got a sense of humor! Thank heavens we've had Rob to steer us through these waters, multiple times now, and we do, and will, recommend him to everyone we know.
