It is with pleasure I recommend Rob Koritz as a real estate agent for anyone looking for a home to fit their individual/family needs.   I was looking for a home in a specific community and was under enormous time pressure to make the purchase in a really competitive market before the start of the school year.  Our family needed to make a purchase fast and move the buying process quickly.

Rob was able to arrange visits to homes before we were available to go view them, and before open houses.   He was able to offer expertise on pricing, offers and likelihood of making it all work.  Throughout the process Rob provided assistance on the rental of our current property, while moving the real estate search and purchase along.  We were able to locate a property that met our needs, negotiate an offer, and make the purchase even with limited assistance and responsiveness from the selling agent.

I found Rob to be highly attentive and responsive- returning all calls, emails and texts immediately.  He is honest and concerned about meeting the needs of each buyer/seller at the beginning, during and after the purchase.

Robert worked with my husband and I as we looked for a bought our forever home and we could not recommend him more.  After looking for a bit on our own, we reached out to Robert and he found us the perfect house on our first day!  He was very careful to ask us questions that highlighted both pros and cons, so that we could make a thoughtful decision.  He left his opinions out of it, but gave excellent advise when asked.  We never felt pressured and it was clear our satisfaction was more important to him than making a quick commission.  Robert was also VERY responsive.  Having been through the buying process before, we didn't realize how much of a difference it makes to have someone who gets back to you so quickly.  He is also an excellent negotiator.  I don't think we would have gotten our new house for the price we did with anyone else.  It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob, and my husband and I will be forever grateful for him!
